Saltwater is a brand new single living level home that was finished being built in March 2024. It is located on St Joseph Peninsula, better known as, “The North Cape.”

This beachside cottage has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. As a single living level home, it only has one set of stairs to get to the main level. Saltwater features two king bedrooms, both with attached bathrooms, making it a great choice for couples traveling together and small families. The first king bedroom has an attached private full bathroom with walk-in tiled shower and direct access to the screened-in deck. The second king bedroom has an attached Jack and Jill bathroom which is shared with the third bedroom. The third bedroom has a queen bed and is attached to the Jack and Jill bathroom. The Jack and Jill bathroom has a full sized tub/shower combo. There is also a bonus room tucked right behind the kitchen. The bonus room has a lofted single bunk and full sized futon with attached half bathroom. Saltwater also has a full bathroom on the ground floor and an elevator for convenient access to both levels.

Beach access from Saltwater is a quick and easy stroll down the 250ft boardwalk. The beach boardwalk only has a few stairs at the beginning and end making it one of our easiest beach accesses. This, combined with only one set of stairs to access the home, makes Saltwater a great choice for our guests who wish to avoid an abundance of stairs.

Saltwater is located in an ideal location and has many amazing amenities. Enjoy great views of the Gulf of Mexico including western facing sunsets from the screened-in deck. Take a break from the beach and have a dip in the private, seasonally heated, pool that has a large sun step perfect for littles to splash or adults to soak up some rays. Visit with family and friends in a living and dining room with fantastic Gulf views. Located just 1 mile from the Cape Trading Post, you will be just a short walk or bike ride away from Cape favorites such as Weber’s Donuts, St Joe Shrimp Company, Cape Coffee & Ice Cream, and of could the Cape Trading Post for pizzas, groceries, and so much more.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was equipped with every imaginable appliance and comfort of home. The beds and furniture were comfy, and having the pool was a bonus!

Perfect Last Minute Trip

From the moment we pulled into the spacious driveway, we knew we were at a great house. We had ample room to relax in this beautifully decorated house. The kitchen was well appointed with appliances and serve ware. The beds in this home were very comfortable and our grandkids loved their bunkbeds. We especially enjoyed the short walk to the beach and the heated pool. This was a last minute April trip and it was perfect! This home deserves more than 5 stars and we highly recommend Teresa’s Beach Homes.

This home is beautifully decorated

This home is beautifully decorated and very cozy. From the minute you walk in the door, you feel at home. The furniture is comfortable and the kitchen has everything you would need. Slept like a baby in the comfortable bed as well. Also just a short walk down the boardwalk to the white sandy beaches. Will definitely stay here again!!

We truly enjoyed our visit!

We truly enjoyed our visit! The home is peaceful, beautifully decorated and with every kitchen appliance and tool you could imagine or ever need. We especially loved the cozy oversized couches which were the perfect spot to watch the sunset through the wall of windows! The location and the short boardwalk to the beach is easy. We also loved that the home was pet friendly. Will be back for sure! Stunning property. If you want relaxation, convenience, & sunsets—stay here!

Enjoyed our stay

Can always count on Teresa’s beach homes to be clean and well stocked. This home was very comfortable for our family and grandparents. While not Gulf front there are beautiful views and an easy walk. The steps saved by having all on one level inside the home helped make the walk to the beach easier for our youngest and oldest family members. We’re also used to going during summer months, so the heated pool was greatly appreciated during the windy, cool weather we had! The screen porch also is pretty sheltered from the wind and was a nice place to see and hear the ocean from when it was too windy on the beach.
