My family loved our stay at the Grey Whale! We arrived just in time for Hurricane Sally but a little bad weather couldn’t ruin our vacation. The house was great and had everything we needed. I really appreciated all the cookware and nice serving platters. The location really couldn’t be beat. We had the beach to ourselves most of the time and it was so convenient to be right on the beach.The Piggly Wiggly and Dollar General both had online ordering and curbside pickup which was so convenient and safe! If you’re staying during the Covid pandemic, I would recommend bringing extra pillows. All of the decorative and throw pillows were taken out. We didn’t think to bring extras so had to bunch up some sweatshirts cause we’re side sleepers! Lastly, the customer service at Teresa’s Beach Homes really can’t be beat. We’ve stayed at beach homes all over OBX and Myrtle Beach and the service from Teresa and her team is hands down the best! We can’t wait to return!!
