This was our 2nd stay at the Grey Whale and it was once again wonderful. We have stayed in several houses in the area over the years and this one by far has the best beach access which is greatly appreciated when taking kids back and forth to the beach! The closet downstairs had plenty of beach chairs which came in very handy & the kitchen is well stocked. We noticed a leak in the kitchen sink one evening but we called Teresa and it was repaired by 8 am the following morning. The only downfall to this house is just the number of stairs. I know most of the larger, beach front homes will have this issue but it would be something to consider if you are traveling with very small children or adults who have a hard time maneuvering a lot of stairs. Overall, we have always had a great experience with the Grey Whale and with Teresa’s Beach Homes!
