Aqua Vista is a brand new single living level Gulf view home with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Construction is set to be complete by the end of February 2024. Interior decorating is set to start shortly thereafter. Aqua Vista will ready for the rental market no later than Memorial Day week 2024.

Aqua Vista features many highly sought after amenities that guests have been requesting for many years. Every bedroom has access to a deck and its own private bathroom. It has Gulf views, a private seasonally heated pool, a 250ft boardwalk to the beach, elevator, upscale professionally decorated interiors, and spacious storage inside and out. Updated pictures and details will be released as the home reaches completion.

Every bedroom features very similar layouts and amenities making sharing this home with friends and family a breeze. The four bedrooms each have access to a deck as well as their own private bathroom.  There are two king en suite bedrooms with walk-in showers both having access to the Gulf facing deck. The other two en suite bedrooms have one queen bed and two single built-in twin xl bunks each. The queen bedrooms both have attached private bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and one with a tub/shower combo, and have individual private decks.

The Gulf facing deck faces west so that you’ll never miss a sunset. The open floor plan allows for great views and catching up with friends and family. Aqua Vista also has a work nook great for those on a work-cation or for kids school work. The Kitchen has an oversized pantry allowing plenty of room for your vacation snacks. Being a single living level home, Aqua Vista only has one set of stairs allowing for ease of access for all ages. There is also an elevator for added convenience.

Outdoor at Aqua Vista you will have your pick of different areas to hang out. The private pool will have plenty of pool furniture, the covered carport will be furnished as well allowing for plenty of space out of the sun, and the spacious deck on the living level is large enough to fit everyone while enjoying the Gulf Views. Beach access at Aqua Vista is just steps away from the private pool area. The boardwalk to the beach is located just to the left of the home. It only has stairs at the very beginning and end. The boardwalk is only 250 feet from the white sandy beaches of St Joseph Peninsula, better known as, “The North Cape.”

The owners of this home are special to us as they were some of our vacation guests who came back every year after they started staying with Teresa’s Beach Homes in 2012. After renting from us for over a decade their dream of owning their very own home has been realized. We are so happy to welcome them back as owners and add Aqua Vista to the Teresa’s Beach Homes family.
