McCosh Beach

This was our 4th time staying at McCosh house and we’ll be back! It’s perfect for us – dog friendly and right on the beach with great sunset views. Very convenient to walk to Scallop Cove store. The house was clean, well maintained, and the kitchen is very well equipped.

We highly recommend Teresa’s Beach Homes! We have been staying in their homes here for 10 years. They are all very well maintained, very well stocked, very nice, comfortable beds and furniture in every one of them. Plus our fur baby gets to go. Teresa and Terri are the best!

We will be back next year!

We have been visiting Cape San Blas for the last 20 years and have tried nearly all the Management companies. None can compare to Teresa’s Beach Homes! They are so flexible, professional and easy to work with. Their cleaning crew is fantastic! They are by far the BEST Management Company on CSB! They are a small family owned company and make you feel like you are a part of their family. No hidden fees or surprises. Their homes are well stocked with everything you can possibly need and are tastefully furnished. Everything is up to date and if you should have a maintenance issue they are on top of it immediately. No waiting or inconveniencing your vacation. Plus our fur babies feel welcomed and it too! I highly recommend Teresa’s Beach Homes; you will not be disappointed

We love Cape San Blas! This was our 3 visit to CSB over the last decade but our first time with the adult kids and grandkids. Each time we have booked with Teresa’s Beach Rentals— they’re so friendly and helpful The McCosh house has a great location on the beach, sunsets amazing as always, and the house had everything we needed. I highly recommend McCosh, Cape San Blas, and Teresa’s Beach Rentals!

This was our first time staying in McCosh. The house and the location were beautiful! The views from the rooms and decks are spectacular. There is even a small deck in the back to watch the moon and sun rise over the bay. The house was well equipped with everything we needed for the week and the location was perfect. It was nice having a pool in the back on those windy days. As always, the house was super clean and the communication with Teresa was outstanding.

We truly enjoyed our week at McCosh. The home is beautiful and very comfortable. The a/c works great! Our favorite part is the porches. We lived on the porches! The private boardwalk is nice. The neighborhood is nice. We will definitely stay here again!

This was our first booking with Teresa’s Beach Homes and it was wonderful. Great communication, super friendly, start to finish was super easy. Highly recommend! McCosh itself was a nice home. We noticed some things that did need fixed that are cosmetic and I am sure Teresa and crew already know about it. It wasn’t major at all. The house was clean when we arrived and well stocked with all that we needed utensils, pots & pans etc. We loved it so much we already booked it for next May. We hope to stay yearly at this house as we loved it so much!

We love the personalized attention that we always receive from Teresa and Terri. We have stayed in McCosh numerous times and it has always been a wonderful experience. I especially love how the price listed is all inclusive. They are great with working with you and if there is a problem, it is always resolved quickly.

I wish all the homes on the Cape were managed by Teresa’s Beach Rental. Teresa and Terri are amazing. We love the one on one attention and their all inclusive rate. Takes out all the guess work and no sticker shock when you hit the final button when you are finalizing your reservation. If there is a problem, they resolve it quickly. We have rented McCosh numerous times. It has the perfect beach access. There are a lot of stairs in the home, but it is a very nice home and well maintained. You will have to contend with stairs in almost any home in this area unless there is an elevator. We especially love the 1/2 bath on the ground level. We always enjoy our stay. Teresa and Terri are the best.

My fiancé and I stayed at the McCosh for his 50th birthday, and it did not disappoint. It’s absolutely a beautiful home and the views are spectacular. It was just the two of us and our fur babies, so we had a lot of house to ourselves (but that was totally fine with us). We met some amazing people and look forward to our next booking! I have zero complaints or recommendations as the property is perfect. Perhaps next time this will be the property we reserve for our family. Christine

Home is well appointed with everything that you will need. We have stayed here several times and have already booked for 2023. Bring your surf fishing gear and catch dinner right in front of the house.

McCosh Beach Home provided us a comfortable stay. The fact that the home is right on the beach with a private boardwalk made the vacation fabulous. The ability to come and go from the beach with ease added to our relaxation as parents of 3 children.
We will definitely come back to Cape San Blas and hope to rent from Teresa’s again.

Our family has been to the Cape for the last 7 yrs for vacation. 3 times we’ve been able to book from Teresa’s Beach House. Never have we been disappointed and definitely the best accommodations of any of the places we have stayed. Thank you for all the hard work you put into your business. In Real Estate you hear Location-Location-Location and this couldn’t be truer for McCosh as you walk out front to the beautiful Gulfport and up the driveway to the shared community pool or across the road to the local quick shop and gas station or even the apparel and beach items store. Then there’s the actual house that has everything one needs to totally enjoy a family vacation. One of the really nice features is have the sleeping space on second floor with the large kitchen-dining area and living space on third floor giving you a wonderful view of beach and water.

This is the second time we have stayed at McCosh and the ninth time we have rented through Teresa’s Beach Homes. Can’t say enough good things about both. The house is well appointed with everything you might need and is comfortable for a small or large group. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved this beach home. It is situated perfectly in the middle of Cape San Blas right on the beach. The shared pool was awesome for the teens in the evening and was well maintained. So convenient to have Scallop Cove 2 blocks away for quick items that were forgotten. Loved that the main balcony was on the top floor. We had awesome views and nice ocean breezes. We are already planning our visit to this home in 2021.

I must first start by saying that Terri and Teresa are a big part of having a perfect week. They go above and beyond to accommodate their guest, and we really appreciate all their hard work. The best part is when they post the rate on their homes, it is all inclusive. That means a lot because there is no sticker shock with lots of surprise fees that have been added in to get to the grand total. I wish every person and/or management company would make this a common practice. McCosh is a lovely home with a great beach access. I think that the reversed floor plan does makes it seem like there are a lot of stairs, but there are no more stairs then the usual beach home. The home was very clean and everything was in good condition. There was also plenty of parking. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to renting from Teresa’s Beach Rentals again soon.

What a wonderful time we had as the only pitfall was that we only had a week!!!! We have rented on St George Island many times, but our stay at the Cape and with Teresas was outstanding and we’ll be back for sure.Keep safe and COVD free Y’all!Warm regards, the Burger family from Tallahassee

McCosh is perfect for us in so many ways. Pet friendly, with a perfect gulf front view, we always enjoy our time here. Teresa and Terri are always responsive if anything ever comes up. They are an excellent property management team! The beds are comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, and the deck furniture offers the perfect opportunity to enjoy a cup of coffee while watching for dolphin to swim by. The house is always clean and comfortable. The community pool is beautiful, even though we don’t usually get a chance to use in in the winter months. The location on the Cape is right across the street from Scallop Cove, which we appreciate when we need supplies. The owners there are super friendly too! We will be back!!!
