Tranquil Seclusion

This is an amazing home and the beach was beautiful. We loved the pool and all the amenities the home had. I would highly recommend this rental. It is centrally located and a wonderful place to vacation!

We loved everything about the Tranquil Seclusion and Teresa’s Beach Homes. The house was beautiful and well stocked with kitchen tools. We had an issue with one of the air conditioners in the house and Terri and Teresa arranged to have it fixed within a few hours.

We’ve used Teresa’s Beach Homes for several years to handle our summer beach accommodations. In all that time, we’ve been exceedingly pleased with their professionalism, responsiveness, and customer service! We highly recommend them and plan to continue to use them for years to come.

This was the first time using Teresa’s Beach Homes for our vacation in Cape San Blas; it won’t be the last. Our family, 6 adults and 3 children, absolutely loved this beautiful home. Extremely well stocked kitchen, very clean throughout, and a stunning view! The pool was a big hit with everyone and the outdoor shower was very convienent It is a long, lovely walk down the boardwalk to the beach. The owners have a large beach cart that can be used to bring beach chairs, etc and this makes a huge difference! There is also a storage bench at the end of the boardwalk right as it transitions to sand. We used this to store some of the childrens’ toys and chairs which cut down on the amount of stuff we were carting back and forth! We loved sitting on the screened decks and admiring the incredible views.
This house had everything that we needed and we are very appreciative to the owners for sharing their stunning home. We look forward to returning to Tranquil Seclusion.

Tranquil Seclusion is a wonderful home that is well maintained and obviously loved by its owners. We had three generations of family together and immensely enjoyed the screened porches and the pool. The elevator is a bonus and a great help. The boardwalk to the beach is a long walk, but the reward at the end was an uncrowded quiet beach. The owners have provided a cart to help take chairs/umbrellas/etc to the beach — it was greatly appreciated. We have never stayed at this end of the Cape before, but it is a beautiful area. The house was spotless, and we never had any problems or lacked any convenience when preparing meals. Terri was extremely helpful with finding a baby bed rental. We have used Teresa’s Beach Rental’s before and will be staying through them again. Thanks for another great family trip!!

My husband and I took our two dogs to Tranquil Seclusion. This was our first trip to the Cape. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The house was wonderful! We loved the kitchen and living room as well as the king bedrooms, both have attached bathrooms that were magnificent. We loved the private pool and spent time in it each day. The beach was wonderful, felt like a private beach. I especially enjoyed walking my dogs every morning on the beach and watching the sun rise. We hated to come back home! We will definitely return to the Cape in the future and use Teresa. The communication with them was phenomenal. Very much a family feeling.

This location is amazing – one of the finest built homes I have ever vacationed in – the screened porches and serenity are a definite 10+. The kitchen was fully stocked and we only had to purchase 1 kitchen utensil for our seafood meal. The icemaker in each bar area was a pleasant perk & made keeping our drinks fresh an ease. The space was perfect for our family to spread out but also areas where we could come together and laugh, eat and enjoy our time. The bedrooms and bathrooms are immaculate and all but one open to a porch area. The pool is gorgeous and has lots of area to play – having the outdoor shower was perfect and kept the sand out of the pool and home. The elevator was a big need and once we paid attention to directions, it worked perfect! The boardwalk is private and very sturdy but it is quite a trek to the beach – not for our younger ones but a little much for us older ones! We just made sure we took everything down on our first trek – they provided a wonderful cart which worked great on the sand The location is perfect as we were 10 minutes in either direction to food, activities or anything needed outside of home Teresa’s Beach Homes have always gone above and beyond with any assistance or questions we had – everything from beginning to end was flawless We will visit again & I hope many times

This home was wonderful for our family vacation. We brought our daughters, sons in love, grandchildren and fur baby. The house was spacious, well equipped, and very clean. The littles loved the bunk bed room and the pool, which was very relaxing after a long day at the beach. We didn’t have any issues at all during our stay. Glad I found this place when I googled pet friendly beach houses! We made lots of great memories and hope to come back in the future. Thank you for a great place to stay!

Our family so enjoyed staying at Tranquil Seclusion. Everything was clean and welcoming. We didn’t have any issues. The top floor deck is absolutely fabulous. The view is fantastic. Very relaxing. We hated to leave. Thank you!! Christine

Our family enjoyed the lovely home. It was immaculate and very comfortable. Lots of room to spread out if you just want to be alone and read or take in the view. We absolutely loved the top deck the most. We had no issues.

This home is very nice and the pool and screened porches are a must. Everything you need is provided and working with Teresa’s Beach Homes is always nice. They are quick to respond to any question and are very accessible.

We have used Teresa’s Beach Homes for several years now, and we have never been disappointed. They are responsive to questions and any issues that might arise during the stay. Exceptional customer service all the way around!

Our vacation at Tranquil Seclusion was amazing! The home had everything we needed and more. The pool was perfect for splashing and swimming with our grandchildren. We loved walking to the beach . . . swimming, sand castles, shell collecting! The views from the screened decks were incredible. We never left, except to get groceries.
Our grandson cried as we left for the airport because he didn’t want to leave. Can’t wait to come back!

This is our second year staying at Tranquil Seclusion, and we’ve loved both times. The home is clean and well equipped for visitors.We also like working with Teresa’s Beach Homes very much!

We started renting from Ron and Sandie after Hurricane Michael devastated our home we have been staying at for years in Mexico Beach. When we discovered Teresa’s Beach Homes, and Met Terri. We knew this would be our new home away from home. We have stayed at a couple other of their homes, but Tranquil Seclusion is the best by far. We felt like we belonged, like we knew this was the one for us going forward. They treat you like family, not like an inconvenience. We declared that this will be the home we come to going forward, and I have to say (family all agreed) the screened in porches are a game changer. Hurricane Laura thought she was going to derail our plans, and she failed. This is by far the most beautiful home you own we have stayed in. Thank you for allowing us to make family memories at your home. Next year, our 1st Grand daughter will be with us. Myself and 11 College friends stayed here in June! Let me say the house was Amazing! Beautifully decorated and plenty of room for all of us! The pool was so much fun and relaxing to have available. We even did splash contests! Teresa’s Beach Homes was the best to work with. I can tell you this, my group has found a rental company for the rest of our trips in the future to the Cape no doubt. Thank you again for making wonderful memories for my college gals! We will be back to celebrate 36th years of friendship!!
